The ADA Justice Fund is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for digital accessibility and ensuring equal online access for individuals with disabilities. Since our founding in 2009, we have worked with thousands of businesses, advocacy groups, and individuals to make the digital world more inclusive.

Executive Director: William Carrington – With over 30 years of experience in civil rights advocacy, William Carrington has been a strong advocate for accessibility and equal rights under the ADA.
Legal Counsel: Judith Whitmore, Esq. – Judith Whitmore is an experienced attorney specializing in disability rights and ADA compliance litigation.
Director of Investigations: Edward Prescott – Edward Prescott leads investigations into digital accessibility violations and helps build strong legal cases for affected individuals.
